The location
The location we selected is a luxurious Resort of the Sorrento Coast, ideal for those who want to have a relaxing stay, enjoying the silence and peace that circulates the hills of Sorrento, the pure air and good food.

Located in the hilly part of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, the resort is situated in one of the most panoramic points of the Sorrento Penisula and offers ideal scenery for romantic escapes, relaxing vacations and business stays.
The program
CookinItaly's culinary school at Oasi Olimpia Relais permits you to live the experience of real Italian cuisine and at the same time discover the many attractions of our rich Sorrentine Peninsula.
Oasi Olimpia specialises in culinary vacations since 2002 and today is known for being the best cooking school in Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.
The kitchen is equipped with an ample granite bench and with every kind of kitchen tool, including an accessory set which is assigned to each student at the start of each course.
All the dishes are made only with the freshest of ingredients and follow typical recipes that have been handed down for many generations.
The courses are specially designed to assist you to quickly and easily learn the secrets of the various dishes, including the secrets for preparing an authentic Napoletan pizza so that, once back home, you will be able to easily repeat the preparation of the dish and provide an amazing dinner that will astonish your friends.
Day One
- Pickup at the Naples airport.
- Arrival at the charming hotel Relais Oasi Olimpia If you are not jet-lagged, you may wish to take a short walk into Sant’ Agata to do a little exploring.
- Time to rest before your welcome dinner at the elegant "Villa Oasi" restaurant.

Day Two
- A lovely buffet breakfast awaits you.
- In the morning visit to a local farm, where high quality olive oil and mozzarella are produced. Cheese, olive oil and limoncello tasting.
- Return to the hotel for an afternoon of relaxation.
- This evening, your first cooking lesson, followed by dinner with wine.

Day Three
- Breakfast.
- Visit to Pompeii ruins by train with an English speaking local guide.
- Light lunch in a typical trattoria in Sorrento.
- Second cooking class, followed by the dinner with wine, olive oil and limoncello.

Day Four
- Breakfast.
- 9.00 a.m. excursion to visit the beautiful Amalfi Coast.
- Today's lunch will be on your own.
- After your Amalfi tour, return to Oasi for relaxing time until dinner in a charming exclusive restaurant .

Day Five
- Breakfast. For those on the four-night program, transfer back to Naples.
- For those on 6 night program, morning free, perhaps to explore Sant' Agata or Sorrento.
- Lunch on your own.
- 5.00 pm your third cooking lesson. Dinner based on your efforts.

Day Six
- Breakfast.
- Departure at 9.45 a.m. to visit to the enchanting isle of Capri, weather permitting.
- Lunch on your own.
- Return at the hotel at around 4 p.m.
- 5.30 pm appointment in the kitchen to make our pizza dough in only 30 minutes.
- Relax time until 8.00 p.m. until your pizza dinner (pizza dough has to rise a couple of hours)

Breakfast and departure from the hotel to the Naples airport or train station for those ending the six-night program |

How to reach the school
Oasi Olimpia Relais is located in Sant'agata sui due golfi, in Via Deserto, 26 - 80064 - S.Agata sui due Golfi - Massa Lubrense (Naples) - Italy
By car: Arriving at Naples, take the A3 highway Napoli-Salerno (Naples-Salerno) and exit at Castellamare di Stabia. Take the S.S. 145, observing the indications for Vico Equense-Sorrento. When you reach the junction at Meta di Sorrento, follow the indications for “Amalfi-Positano”, continuing to S.Agata dui due Golfi (Saint Agatha on the two Gulfs) where the indications will lead you to our hotel.
By train: F.S. Napoli (F.S. Naples) station (distance 60 km) - Transfers included in the price
By air: Napoli (Naples) Airport “Capodichino” (distance 60 km) - Transfers included in the price
By helicopter: Private area adjoining the hotel.
