A cooking class can either be part of a general tour of Italy or the core of a trip totally dedicated to food, wine and cooking. The king's lovers' shelter       Torino, Piedmont A few kilometers away from the city center, Relais Bella Rosina is an old country house that was restructured and tranformed in a small countryside hotel in 2008. The place was famous for being in the Mandria Hunting Park, where king Vittorio Emanuele II used to go hunting and... meeting his lover and morganatic wife Rosa Vercellana, called "Bela Rosina".
